Events Calendar Submission Policy
Events are reviewed and approved by the Office of Communications before appearing on the Pitzer Events Calendar.
All approved events that appear on the Pitzer Events Calendar are publicly visible.
Only events sponsored by Pitzer College will be approved. These include:
- Pitzer College events
- Faculty events and lectures
- Student-sponsored events
- Staff events
- On-campus 5C events
- 5C intercollegiate events
Events that will not be approved include:
- Events on campus not sponsored by Pitzer College such as outside conferences and meetings
- Personal events
- Events with incomplete details
If the venue or organizer you need does not appear on the list of choices, or if you have any questions or corrections, please contact prweb@31133.net.
This calendar does not reserve event space on campus. To reserve space on campus, visit the EMS Calendar.
The Pitzer College Office of Communications reserves the right to update, correct or remove events from the Pitzer Events Calendar at any time.
